RELAXED, NATURAL PHOTOGRAPHY

I’m Michael, a Nottingham-based photographer working across the East Midlands. I create natural, relaxed photography that captures people, personalities and genuine moments without making things feel overly posed.

Whether I’m photographing an individual, a family, a wedding or a personal branding session, my approach is simple: keep things relaxed and let genuine moments happen naturally. I’ll offer direction when it’s helpful, but without making the session feel stiff or overly posed.

For me, good photography starts with making people feel comfortable. I enjoy getting to know the people I photograph, keeping things informal and creating images that feel like them. I’m based in Nottingham and work throughout the East Midlands, as well as further afield when a project takes me there.
